• Users may upload their designs, and Svelto will fulfill orders on a print-on-demand basis.

• Users retain ownership of their intellectual property rights in their designs.
• By uploading designs, users grant Svelto a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display the designs solely for order fulfillment.

4. Prohibited Content

• Users may not upload designs that:
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Contain offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Svelto reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Product prices are as listed on the platform.
• Users agree to pay the specified prices, including applicable taxes and fees.
• Svelto reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

6. Orders and Fulfillment

• Users may place orders through the platform.
• Svelto will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Svelto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Svelto’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including but not limited to:
  • Egyptian E-Commerce Law No. 175 of 2018
  • Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018
  • Intellectual Property Laws
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
• Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through negotiation before resorting to litigation.

14. Changes to Terms

• Svelto may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
